Originally built in the early 1900s as a stockyard and meatpacking plant to serve Atlanta’s growing population, Stockyards Atlanta is steeped in over 120 years of history. In 2017, it was transformed into one of Atlanta’s premier creative communities, boasting 142,478 SF of one-of-a-kind creative mixed-use space with tenant build-outs that inspire employees and visitors day after day.

The beneficiary of an adaptive re-use transformation that delivered in 2017, Stockyards has become a truly authentic mixed-use environment that preserves historical narratives while weaving in modernized new construction. Designed by award-winning firm ai3, Stockyards’ redevelopment garnered ULI’s Development of Excellence Award. Its dynamic tenant build-outs feature open floors, historic materials, high ceilings, minimal columns and spectacular full-height window lines.
Clarion Partners acquired Stockyards in 2020 and is actively redeveloping 926 Brady to become the capstone of the property’s 100+ year history.
